National Charities
Our Five National Projects: 1. Catholic Relief Services- assists those in need, from hurricane assistance,
to battered women and children, and medical assistance, all over America, and abroad. 2.
Disaster Fund- utilizing all services and resources for disasters, such as Hurricanes Katrina and
Rita. 3. Holy Cross Ministries-
also known as Father Peyton's Family Rosary, this group supports God's message of prayer, through His servant Mary,
and the rosary. 4. Smile Train- This new program assists
children with cleft paletes with life-saving surgeries. The Catholic Daughters have chosen to participate in this
project. 5. SOAR-Saving Our Aging Religious- helps cover
room, board, and medical costs for all our aging elderly.

Charities Endorsed by National CDA
1. North American College- This college has
been crucial in assisting our young men to complete their studies for the priesthood, and other religious calling.
2. American College in Louvain- another college that assists our youth.
3. Morality in Media- this organization is vital to upholding Christian
morals and ethics in our schools and communities. Part of the overall assistance they provide is with television
programming that is appropriate for our children, billboards and advertising, etc.

Catholic Relief Services- This organization assists with the American Red Cross, to work with
other local agencies in time of need, from fires, floods, or any other emergency.

Apostleship of the Sea- This program offers Masses, services, and support for sailors in ports of
call all over the United States.
6. Covenant House- A
shelter/services in New York City for runaway and high risk youth.

Teresa- supporting and continuing the works of this Blessed lady,

Tutwiler Clinic- Medical attention for underprivileged run by Dr. Sister Ann Brooks. 9. Project Handclasp- In partnership with the US Navy, goods and services are delivered to third
world countries in port-of-call stops. Such items include clothing, sewing machines, notions, toiletries, and more.
